Working Well East Midlands is a free Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC) programme that provides intensive, one-to-one employment support for people with long-term health conditions or disabilities in the East Midlands.
The service helps individuals find and retain employment by offering personalized career advice, CV assistance, interview preparation, employer liaison for reasonable adjustments, and ongoing support to help people thrive in work.:
With funding from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC), this initiative is managed by Nottingham City Council and delivered by Nottingham, Broxtowe, Gedling, Rushcliffe and the East Midlands Chamber.
